Arizona Medical Marijuana Doctors Coming to Kingman, AZ

www.arizonammc.com

Kingman, AZ (PRWEB) June 14, 2011

Arizona Medical Marijuana Certifications (Arizona MMC), the state’s premier AZ Medical Marijuana center, will be seeing patients in Kingman, AZ June 17-18 at the Holiday Inn Express.

Hours for the evaluations are Friday from 3pm to 8pm and Saturday from 8am to 8pm in the meeting room. The address for the Holiday Inn Express is 3031 E Andy Devine Ave, Kingman, AZ 86401.

The Kingman visit will serve qualified patients in Kingman, Lake Havasu City, and Bullhead City. As a requirement in Arizona, patients need to have an in-person examination from a licensed doctor and a review of the past 12 months of medical records for the qualifying condition.

With the passing of Prop 203, medical marijuana is now legal in Arizona for qualified patients with debilitating medical conditions. Patients with Cancer, Severe Nausea and Vomiting, Chronic Pain, Severe Muscle Spasms, Glaucoma, Hepatitis, HIV or AIDS, Crohn’s Disease, MS or ALS, Cachexia or Wasting Syndrome, or Alzheimer’s Agitation may qualify for an Arizona Medical Marijuana Card.

Most medical marijuana in AZ evaluation centers do not provide the services that Arizona MMC does for its patients. These include the following:

    Free Passport Identification Photos
    Free Document Scanning
Free Assistance with the Online AZ Medical Marijuana Card application process
Free E-Book titled Medical Marijuana – The People Have Spoken
Obtaining Medical Records for patients for… Free.

Arizona MMC is the only center to offer a comprehensive E-Book, which is over 40 pages and contains chapters on The Basics of Cannabis, Arizona’s Path to Legalizing Medical Marijuana, the Basics of Obtaining an AZ Medical Marijuana Card, and the latest medical information on how marijuana benefits debilitating conditions.

Arizona MMC has instituted a discounted pricing structure for patients who partially pre-pay for their visit. Normally the on-site price is $ 199, however, if patients pre-pay $ 75, the total visit price is discounted 25% to $ 149.

Appointments are being scheduled and time slots are filling up fast. There will also be a limited number of walk-in appointments allowed as well. Signing up early will also allow the Center time to obtain, for Free, patients’ medical records.

For patients in the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas, the regular Arizona MMC office is located in central Phoenix area, conveniently located off of the Highway 51 at Bethany Home Road.

For an appointment, patients may either call Toll Free (855) 294-3227 or visit the website at http://www.arizonammc.com.

Great Deals to Be Found in Kingman, Arizona

Posted by: admin   in Kingman Az

Kingman, AZ (PRWEB) August 12, 2010

Even though the median sales price of homes for sale in Kingman, Arizona has decreased to about 10.5% as compared to a year ago, the market outlook remains positive. Housing inventory saw a big increase in the past year, resulting in a buyer’s market. “There are fantastic deals for buyers in almost every neighborhood,” says Realtor Amy Kleefisch of the Kleefisch Real Estate Team. “Interest rates remain low, which makes second home purchases or investment property payments quite affordable,” Kleefisch adds.

A recent article in Forbes.com featured housing discounts reaching a new low, and the Arizona real estate market is no exception. One third of Forbes’ listings come from Arizona, making it a haven of sorts for bargain hunters. “Low interest rates, low prices, and lots of choices makes it a great time to buy Kingman, AZ homes for sale or consider Kingman, AZ foreclosures as potential investments,” states Kleefisch.

Cities that specialize in industries or offer many jobs can help ease the recession, according to Forbes.com. Washington DC, Boston, Los Angeles and lots more have gradually emerged from the downturn and have projected growth in the next several years. Kingman looks forward to joining that list, as new businesses open on a regular basis. “It’s a step in the right direction,” says Kleefisch. “We have the infrastructure in place, which is a key building block to growth. It might take some time, but we hope we are currently seeing the indicators that we are slowly turning around, with a flurry of activity and contracts coming in during the past couple of weeks,” she adds.

With close proximity to urban areas like Flagstaff, Laughlin, and Las Vegas, as well as natural attractions like Lake Mohave, Lake Mead, Lake Havasu, all the way to the Grand Canyon West, Kingman is a desert community poised for major growth. Its almost perfect climate combined with scenic mountain views and clean air has made homebuyers of all types like families and retirees discover its charm.

For more information on homes for sale in Kingman, Arizona or other properties in the area, contact Amy Kleefisch of the Kleefisch Real Estate Team or visit their website at www.AmySellsKingman.com.

Markers

Method of operation

The parts that make up the stacked tube blowback are the body, trigger sear, bolt, striker/hammer, valve, valve pin, cup seal, main spring, and valve spring.

When cocked, in the bottom tube, the main spring exerts forward pressure on the striker, which in turn is held in place by the trigger sear, the valve spring exerts backwards pressure on the valve pin which closes the valve with the cup seal, thus holding back the air/CO2. In the top tube sits the bolt which is connected by a rod to the striker and the paintball which sits in the chamber held in place by a detent.

When the trigger is pulled the sear releases the striker, which flies forward being pushed by the main spring. When it reaches its forward limit of travel it impacts the valve spring, thus pushing back the cupseal and opening the valve. The air/CO2 is released, part of its volume is sent upwards into the bolt, which by this time has pushed the paintball into the barrel. This volume propels the paintball through the air. The remainder of the gas pressure forces itself against the striker, pushing it against the mainspring and all the way back past the sear resetting the striker to its resting position, at the same time the valve spring pushes the pin and cupseal forward closing off the valve and resetting the system for its next shot.

The trigger sear can be released by either mechanical force, in so-called mechanical markers, or by an electro-magnetic solenoid in electronic markers.

Clones

The Stacked-tubed blowback system was first created by PMI for their PMI-III, later renamed as the VM-68. Its simplicity and reliability meant is was copied and improved upon by many other manufacturers.

Due to the popularity of the Spyders and the availability of their parts many manufacturers have produced products similar to the Spyders. These use practically the same internals and parts of the Spyders. Some of these clones may even be of higher quality/performance to the Spyder, while some may be cheaper or of less quality.

This mechanism is used by most low-end mechanical and electronic markers and can be easily identified by the double stacked tube body.

Models

New Gen Electra & Pilot

The new generation Electra and Pilot markers were introduced into the Spyder community in 2008. They were designed with a shorter body reverting back to the old style valve and striker system of the past, replacing the gen II balance valve system used in the RS & VS markers. They are equipped with a regulator and run at a relative 300psi low pressure from the box. This generation Spyder is a streamlined version that is short and comfortable, light, fast with advanced electronics and has about every upgrade of the past including a metal locking feedneck.

Spyder VS series

The VS series was released in 2006 and is geared towards new tournament speedball players. The Spyder VS1 is an electronic marker with eyes, featuring semi-automatic and 3-round burst modes as standard.

A modified Spyder VS1

The Spyder VS2 features an infinity trigger system with Spyder’s “3G” technology, and a valve that allows the marker to operate as a LP (low pressure) system. The Spyder VS3 adds a Rocking Trigger. The Spyder VS series is available in many colors, and allows the user to purchase body kits that are interchangeable between the VS2 and VS3.

Spyder MR series

The MR series markers are geared towards players who prefer woodsball/scenario type games. They feature mil-sim style bodies with a choice of matte black or a matte olive green finish and the same reliable action as other spyders.

The Spyder MR1 is the most basic MR marker and features a detachable stock and completely mechanical (although there is an electronic version) action similar to most mechanical Spyders. The Spyder MR2 features and electronic trigger frame, and an Anti-Chop System (ACS) Bolt which helps prevent chopping. The Spyder MR3 adds eyes to the electronic system to further prevent chops.

Spyder RS Series

The Spyder RS is Spyder’s newest line, using their “SE Technology” (Synergy Engineered Technology), which they claim can reduce barrel breaks. There are currently two models, the RS, and the RSX. The RS is the less expensive of the two and can operate on CO2 or HPA at approximately 300 PSI. The RSX is the higher end of the two, and according to Kingman’s claims, it can only operate on HPA at a pressure of 250 PSI. In addition, they both include membrane buttons, and the RSX contains a Tadao Technologies circuit board which is normally an aftermarket upgrade for other markers.

Spyder Classic Series

Spyder’s first markers consisted of these, at which time they did not use the “classic” tag. Now with the revamp of their line-up and the introduction of new markers, they have added the “classic” to the model name of the markers.

Electronic

Spyder Flash: The first electronic Spyder. Used innovative insert barrel and dip-switch set firing modes. Rear cocking with an oft-maligned aluminum bolt guard.
