Monsoon Lightning Activity East of Las Vegas

I caught this lightning activity on the evening of July 12 2008.I was at work when all of a sudden I saw lightning flashes going on to my east.These storms were most likely over Mojave County AZ due to the flashes being lightning at the tops of the storm cells.Very frequent.

i was walking my dog that night in henderson, very scary!! i can’t believe planes were still landing! the lightning must have been just a mile away from my home at one point
