highway dept weather cam. the ones you gotta worry about are the ones you cant see.

i do see your point on the east to west movement. but it is automatic, that is why it did not pan down. but if it is to watch traffic… i do not support it. but they would need to get a better camera, that one is low res.

it is a wash flood camera, you can see the live feed online.
