Which is better Flagstaff, AZ or Aspen, CO?

I got a Job in a company. They told me to decide wither to choose Aspen or Flagstaff. Also, while I will be working in the company I have to take some courses in the college. Therefore, which is better?

The university of Northern Arizona is in Flagstaff, I am unaware of any colleges in Aspen, so if you need to take a college course, Flagstaff is your pick

Definitely Flagstaff>In addition to NAU there is also a small community college called Coconino Community College
One of the interesting things about Flag is that it’s 140 miles and 6000 vertical feet north of Phoenix so if the winter weather ever gets to you just head downhill on I-17 and by the time that you reach the Camp Verde exit 60 miles later you will be out of the forest and onto the desert
If you do chose Flag try to find an apartment far away from the railroad tracks that run right through the middle of town
