I spent my 19th bday in vegas and ive been plenty of times when i was 20. Walk the strip and become a tourist and visit the shows, try one of the buffets out, just dont eat excaliburs. Go to hooters and go to the pools as well and maybe see blue man group and get shopping done. Ive been to vegas plenty of times before I was 21 and was not once bored at all.

Go see the Blue Man Group.
Go see the Fab Four.
Go to the Shark Reef at the Mandalay Bay.
Go ride the rollercoaster at the New York New York.
Go to the Stratosphere.
Go to the restaurant in the Eiffel Tower replica.
Go to the mall.
Go see the fountains at the Bellagio.
Go see the inside of the Venetian (the ceiling is awesome).
Go see Fremont Street.

Why wouldnt u wait one more year and go for your 21st…..Then you could really party it up and do it Vegas Baby style…

Just like the others said, there is still plenty to do besides drinking or gambling. Try vegas.com cheepovegas.com smartervegas.com vegasbuddy.com spyonvegas.com. That should give you a good bit of info. You can spend a couple of days just seeing the free shows and attractions and walking through all the hotels. Personally I think you would have a blast and if you do go that would just make it a must to go for your 21st. Just go, you wont be dissapointed and you will have plenty to do.

There are lots of things for a 20 yr old can do. The only thing you can't do is drink or gamble and unfortunately that includes clubs in that they sell alcohol. Everything else you can. Here is a site for you to read over. I listed two of the pages you should start with.
