Please give fastest route and scenic route

I think that the fastest route and the scenic route are one in the same.
Take I-25 S to Walsenburg
Take US 160 W all the way to the Jct of US 89 crossing the entire Navajo Nation In the process.
At US 89 make a left and take it right into Flagstaff AZ – 605 miles and high speed all the way

The distance is 653 miles and will take approx. 12 hours doing 60 mph. This would be the quickest route down I-25 then west on I-40.
