Can't think of anything noteworthy. You can back track up the 15 to see March AFB. You'll get to see the San Bernadino mountains which are covered in snow right now and worth a roadside picture. If you are big into wine, you can do some wine tasting outside of Escondido. You'll go by North County Fair which is a very nice mall.
