Lake Havasu City is pretty much a resort town, with a lot of retiree’s choosing to make this home.

Havasu also happens to be the choice destination for many Spring Breakers, as tons of college students flock here to hang out on the water and party. Me, personally, that’s not for me, but the way I see it, let ‘em come. The more the merrier! Let them have fun.

This town varies in size from about I’d say 40,000 or so during the summer and roughly double that during the winter when all the snowbirds come back to town to get out of the cold weather. Again, let them come. I have many many snowbird clients.

What Havasu is mainly known for is the the home of the London Bridge, you know, the one from the childhood jingle. Been over it many times.

If you choose to visit, just make sure you come anytime except the summer, due to the intense heat. We’re pretty much the hot spot of the USA during summer. I treat it as the dead of winter. I just don’t go outside that much, and when I do, I dress accordingly. AC house to AC car to AC store, and back again.
