Info needed from someone currently in Flagstaff AZ?

Sister in Flag avoiding coming to Tucson (2/7). Claims 13 inches of new snow since last night, with more predicted. I've checked Nat. Weather Service and find nothing like that. Some snow predicted, but not much. Any truth to the story?

Yes, about a foot of snow dumped from yesterday 2/9. Some Interstates and Highways getting out of Flagstaff were closed. But right now almost all are open but roads are icy. ADOT is still advising not driving if so using tire chains. I would not drive anywhere at length until tomorrow when the roads are plowed more and the ice somewhat melts.

My source says no snow in Flagstaff since 1/31. Historical data ends there:

There's no new snow now but after 7pm the future looks like heavy snowfall through Tue, 2/10.
