please help! my sons teacher is making him afraid of gay people. ?

My son is 11 yrs old and has never learned once to hate gay people or to fear the gay community, until now…the poor thing is afraid to be beaten up by the older kids during football because his teacher forced him to wear a purple purse in class and girls clothing! she claims he broke her golden rule and came to school wearing a baseball cap turned to one side. she’s teaching boys that men will seek them out to think they are gays and they will punk them. this is not ok ! forcing girls clothing on them in a classroom for humiliation purposes is damaging my sons self esteem.

Don’t we have legal rights? is there a category that a case like this falls under? I would like to seek legal advice /representation in the west valley near phx az to discuss the complete details. of course only a fraction of my sons experiences were mentioned here.
Im sorry the title here should be "teacher humiliates students in school" also, she’s causing him to fear gays for fear that if he befriends a gay student , he could be humiliated or accused by his teacher that he is gay.he just wants to have his normal life back. he’s not sure what to do. He himself wants to stop these teachers from humiliating other boys by becoming an advocate for his peers. can he file a lawsuit for improper teacher student behavior. what is the charge here?

This woman is a menace & should not be allowed to force her homophobic beliefs on children. You need to contact your local Education Board, not the principal, you need to go over his head, he does not employ this " teacher " ( I use the term loosely ), your education department does.
This woman needs to be investigated. She is employed to teach children, not ridicule & humiliate them.
Report this woman & demand an investigation into her conduct. Your son will have class mates as witnesses to how she punished him.
This woman needs to be stopped as soon as possible. Name her, shame her & get her sacked. It’s probably not the first time she’s meated out such a punishment, you need to ensure though that it is her last.

I would immediately have a meeting with the PTA and make sure the Superintendent is there. Demand the teachers resignation immediately. She is not fit to be a teacher!

Also try to locate the rules and eithics of the teachers code of conduct in the classroom. Do some research and find out what other deranged crap she has been doing to her students. (even go back a few years if you have to). Also I would have a little pow wow with her/he and make it clear that they are NEVER to humiliate your son again. Also request a transfer to another teacher. This makes me soooo mad.

This person should NOT be teaching a dead dog!! Get hold of an Attorney about this matter, SUE THE DAMN SCHOOL! How dare this person do that to your son! Humiliation isn’t the only thing the teacher did! She voiced her person opinion on your child about Gays, That’s NOT her purpose for being a teacher! If this woman went so far as telling him anything about their sexual activities, it’s not only unproper, but criminal! There is enough hatred in this wrold without teachers Brainwashing the kids to hate. And that’s exactly what she has done! Go see that attorney, and sue for mental stress on your son, humiliation infront of his class mates and anything else she said to him! I would go to a Gay community center and see if you could find an attorney who would LOVE to get a case like this!!!

Great…. now the kid is screwed up, is going to fear school. I suspect that there is more to this story than you really know. What does a hat not being worn properly have to do with being gay? Why would your son put the dress on…. though of course he could have felt intimidated. Other teachers and students would witness this all so the teacher would know that she could be charged, go to jail, lose her job and all of that. The school itself would be worried about a lawsuit. His talk about if he befriends a gay person (at 11) that he will be ostracized should give you pause. All in all something does not smell right.

If it was me……

-I would set up a meeting with the teacher and principle just to make sure. I would get a lay of the land so to speak. I would not say much at this point because that will come later. If this is happening the school will be freaking out
-I would call the police regardless and let them investigate, no ifs and or buts regardless of what was said. Call them NOW.
-I would then speak to an attorney if it turns out that even one incidence of this has occurred you could sue out of the butt

At 11 he should not be having to be concerned about the whole gay thing. If it is true you can sue easy. If not ponder that there may be other issues.
