i have a volvo semi truck broke down in kingman az can any one tell me an after hours number for volvo or the nearest dealership

1-800-52-VOLVO is their big rig roadside assistance number.

I used to live in Lake Havasu, so I know Kingman isn’t exactly the mecca of modern civilization. Try the Roadside assist number, and see if they can help. Or as some else said, go to the 76 station and see what they can do for you.
